If you buy goods from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods within 14 days from the delivery. You can then return your order without penalty and without giving any reason.

In order to return the goods, you need to:

Make sure the packaging and the goods are shipped back in their original conditions.

We expect you to handle the order as well as the packaging with the utmost care during the first 14 days after delivery . Returned goods may be tested, but not used.

Pack the item in a rigid box (preferably the original box) - stick on it the electronic label provided.

Send your box by any EMS system.

​

Send a email to "studio@tsungyuchan.com" and use with a title "Goods return" with your EMS receipt copy scanning.

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.

​

After we confirm your request, we will return your refund and EMS return fees to your account in 5-7 working days.

​

In case your return does not meet the requirements, the package will be sent back to you at your cost.
